I have to say how impressed Caribbean Airlines customer service has increased! I had the opportunity to fly with them from Miami to Port of Spain roundtrip. Such pleasant and friendly customer service...I felt the warmth of the Caribbean! Also I had issues getting back to the states since there was a snow storm in my final destination and as...

Initially we booked a ticket with Cuban Airlines but the flight was operated by the Caribbean. The experience was not pleasant at all and luckily we (and our luggage) did arrive to the destination in one piece. The reason why I am pointing this out is because the plane was in a really bad shape. The plastic all around my...

I recently flew Caribbean airlines to Jamaica with my wife and can't be happy with the direct non-stop flight to Jamaica from JFK. We left early at 7:15 am and were in Jamaica by 11:15 am, giving us a whole day at Sandals South Coast Resort. If you intend to fly to Jamaica this is the airline to take. Other...

We took 4 flights in all. Service was basic, however acceptable. Planes need some modern upgrading. Tv screens in headrest , charging stations, better channel selection . Food was the usual plane food. Okay. Staff was friendly and helped out. Delay from Tobago to Trinidad Jan 5th. Not enough people to make a flight so they moved us to the...

I had a terrible experience with Caribbean Airlines. Its been almost a week and I haven't received my baggage yet. When I call them, theres usually nobody in the baggage department or if someone answers, they are very unprofessional and rude. I would never ever make the mistake again of flying with this airline. Enough said.

our flight was to leave at 5:50 and due to the storms in the Northeast, we were not surprised that the take off was delayed. Still, there was no communication from the terminal staff as to how long the wait may be. The flight itself was good, the seats roomy and the cabin clean. The attendants did all they could...

Very poorly organized boarding process, especially at the security checkpoint. But the flight itself was OK.

Caribbean Airlines in Port of Spain requires that you step outside into the drenching humidity, and then climb a set of steps into the back of a plane. I have terrible knees, so this was not an exciting prospect. However, the flight was skillfully flown and tended. The in-flight magazine was top-notch. Simply nothing to complain about, other than the...

This was a decent flight- no problems to check in and in particular, it was on time, staff were as usual, no problems at all. This was a full to the brim flight. In air, good take off, good in-flight service. But OMG: may I please plead with Carib Airlines, I was scrunched down in my seat : I am...

Whenever I travel from Port of Spain, Trinidad, I always use Caribbean Airlines if they offer service to my destination. I have always found the inflight staff to be very accommodating and pleasant. The ground staff in Trinidad is fairly ok but those in JFK airport leave a lot to be desired. I have travelled through JFK on many occasions...
