We flew up to Bali on the 30th of Oct and returned on the 6th of November. Been flying with this airline since 2007 and never expect anything but good price. Flew from Bali to Jakarta for IDR 129,000 but with 2 hours delay. Ok tho

Air Asia no more for me ! To get me on to this Airline again the have to pay me. Advertising specials just to trick people, extras $ charges for everything. Con artists.

good to have time to spend own time. sadly, cabin crew do not clean lavatory, we have no toilet-paper and paper towel When they ask us to give donation, they did not say anything even though they get money from customer......which is very disappointing

Air Asia puts safety first, which obviously is a good thing. That is why they cancelled our flight due to Gunung Agung activity and later the airport in DPS closed. About AirAsia - Indonesia AirAsia
Founded in 2004 as Awair, Indonesia AirAsia (QZ) is a budget airline headquartered in Tangerang. Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK), Surabaya's Juanda International Airport (JIA) and Medan's Kuala Namu International Airport (KNO) are primary hubs. Denpasar's Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) and Bandung's Husein Sastranegara International Airport (BDO) are secondary hubs. The airline flies to about 20 destinations. About half of these are domestic, but flights are also available to four destinations in Malaysia, two in Australia, one in Singapore and two in Thailand. Indonesia AirAsia has a fleet of 29 Airbus A320-200 aircraft.
