We were flying from Caticlan Airport to Manila and after being on 25 flights this year this one was by far the worst I’ve ever been on. There was a storm passing through Caticlan so after waiting 3 hours in the airport we were finally put on buses to get ready for take off. While waiting in the airport we...

This is an alternative budget airline aside from Cebu Pac. The meal which you can order also on line is much better although the price range is almost the same. The pilot is also impressive when it comes to landing which was done smoothly.

We've flown with air asia a few times now. And each time we are delayed. Do they ever run on time? Luckily we know not to expect to arrive on time by now so we never book connections the same day. They are cheap though, and we always arrive eventually.

I would like to take advantage of airline promotions but I always miss it. If you are going from one island to another, like what I did when I flew back home to Davao City in the Island of Mindanao, I always book an Air Asia flight, for 1 simple reason: It’s the cheapest flight that I can always find....

Flights are always on time sometimes early. Value pack is a great saver. Now provides better meals for pre selected food. Ticket booking is transparent and all add ons are transparent

The staff at the counter would not allow us to board the flight without showing them a return ticket back to the Philippines. We had no time to book a return flight so missed our flight to Australia (me, my wife and our two children). I rebooked a flight for the next day as well as a flight back to...

Everything is low cost but the price. You will regret you didn't pay extra when trouble happens. They made me miss a flight which was supposed to be cancelled which actually was not. The flight is poor service, it felt like a fridge in the flight and no blanket available (I tried to ask them to lower it down, but...

I was very satisfied with my flight. I actually don't like flying but since I like to travel, I have no choice but to ride an airplane, I have weak ears or I don't know how you call it, but my ears always hurt when I'm in a long flight or when the plane is about to land. But Aside...
