Cheap flight, good value. However, booking was a pain as the "Captcha" verification did not work. Askes to slide a >>, but always says "Sorry something went wrong." When I did manage to book, I chose a rice meal, but what I got was a pitiful thin sphagetti (half cooked) with a very microscopic amount of chicken. I let the...

Booked on Line - Comfortable Leather Seats - Good Leg Room. On Time. A little confusing which queue to go in, as several flights leaving at the same time. However staff on hand were helpful.

What can I say about AirAsia? They are an OK airline as long as nothing has to alter your itinerary because if that happens, then all hell breaks loose and you will have to pay pay, pay. Allow to me to illustrate: When I went to Puerto Princesa from Manila, I was due to travel with a friend, at the...

Service was friendly and efficient, particularly when you compare it to the disaster that is Cebu Pacific, their main budget airline competition in the Philippines. Both ground and flight crews were pleasant and well trained. Seats are cramped. Legroom is just about too small and the seats are really narrow. I wouldn't fly AirAsia for flights over 2 or 3...

Booked this flight because their flight is not a red eyed flight (vs other airlines with a direct route to Seoul). Other than that, the flight was uneventful and on time.

Lately, I have been favouring Air Asia for my local and international flights. They have more affordable rates, cabin crew is pleasant and attentive, most of the touch down is smooth - as if their pilots were pirated from the national carrier known for great pilots that you clap when it lands...To my surprise, even in one of my flights...

It was quiet a flight and I have my dinner just enough to fill my hungry tummy. I am happy with Airasia since comparing to others it was really the cheapest flight!

The Airasia is known for its delayed flights so we expected the worst but to our surprise our trip was smooth. The cabin crews are very approachable and smiling. I never complained the entire 4-hour flight.
