NEW

As other reviews have pointed it out, Liat is one of the worst airlines if not the worst, at least in the Caribbean. I've been lucky in that my travel on Liat has been limited. I first used the airline back in 2014 and the second time was this past week. Basically, my colleague and I were on the 771...

We were boarded and then left in our seats without any ventilation or information for what felt like a long time. I needed a change of clothes.

A short connecting flight after flying in from Manchester. Took off on time and quite a smooth journey. No problems and no complaints.

In general, it was a smooth flight to St. Kitts and then home to Port of Spain (POS), with friendly flight personnel. One complaint, though: on the return flight, I had to let the crew take my carry-on off the plane, and was told to collect it at the POS airport. Some of the passengers had oversized carry-on bags, and...

On a recent flight, I had to pay $67 for an extra checked bag. They then lost the bag. I was taking a ferry to a local island and had to make that connection. Nine calls to their desk in St. Vincent all were met with the same "call back in 20 minutes" response by the desk is clerk. It...

Honestly speaking,I am hoping someone from Liat can rebook me for my upcoming trip in May.I was asked to cancel my flight due to the hurricanes in September. I read their rules and it was even written my credit would be valid for one year.So I contact Liat and they keep bumping me from one person to another.Different agents contacting...

I flew from Providence Rhode Island on Norwegian to Martinique, 4 flawless, enjoyable hours on an immaculate plane with perfect crew. The next morning a short hop to Grenada via Barbados, at 10:40 am, one brief stop in Barbados. NO !!! It is LIAT ! First they made us go to the gate an hour early.- no services other than...

Airport waiting areas were clean and well appointed with facilities. The Broadcasting speakers announcing the flight were horrid, but most airport speakers are a muddled joke anyway. The inter island planes had more legroom in economy than the major airlines offer in premium economy. Plane were clean and on time.

Liat never seems to be on time ever !! They nearly made us miss our fight home on the way back as they were almost 1 hr and half late. The flight is ok , staff are quite rude though
