It was a thrill to learn about Air Asia service from Singapore to Bangkok. I was greeted by a bunch of unpleasant face “the staff frown and showing me they dislike their job”. Worst when it came to distributing the arrival card? This stewardess pass my card to another passenger and asked him to pass to me. Are we playing...

About 10 years ago it was great, but they have gotten "dirty" in a way. If you don't pay extra to choose seats it seems like they have an algorithm to purposely separate you, as they did with my 3 and 5 year old children, assigning them seats separate from both my wife and I, on both flights with Air...

As AirAsia has evolved, so has the terms and conditions, making it complicated travel. The original ethos of safe and cheap travel still exists. However the flying experience has deteriorated to the point of being frustrating ( along with other airlines like EasyJet) By making themselves cheaper to fly with they offer no service unless you pay for it. The...

It was my first time flying with Air Asia. Our flight was delayed for 1.5 hours, yet, they informed us an hour before the schedule. Overall it was ok. My only complaint is that their FA is not very friendly (they are probably tired). I asked one of them if I could buy a bottle of water and she answered...

I am so disgusted with AirAsia. I am currently in Borneo needing to change my flight time so I can come back to Australia. Simple enough. However I have had issues for almost 2 weeks in changing my flight times, and have I received any help from AirAsia? NO! I have talked to their online customer service team and they...

Air asia falls in the economical travel space so no surprises that the flights are cheap and there are quite a lot of options. What impressed me was that the flight was comfortable and on time. I didn't face any kind of hassles and my baggage was handled properly as well. Where they can improve, they should provide atleast some...

A busy flight but not much legroom. At least it was only a short journey. My partner and I were touring from Thailand via Cambodia to Vietnam. The service was okay and we were glad when we reached our destination and looking forward to visiting Angkor Watt.

I flew Air Asia twice during my trip, first from DMK to Chiang Mai, then from Chiang Mai to Krabi. Both flights were on time and I had no issues. No food or drink on board. I also flew Thai Smile airline, and I honestly preferred them, but I would fly Air Asia again.

I had early morning flight from delhi to Srinagar on Nov. 27, 2017. This airline is actuallu boring one. First of all, their information of display board is misleading. Secondly, print out for self web check-in at airport is not working. At counters, staff is more worried about how much baggage weight is with passangers and are very eager to...
