The flight was small but very comfortable. Good services but what lack was the punctuality. Both ways flght were delayed over 30min to 1 hour.

If you fly out of Don Muang Airport, make sure you allow yourself more time than normal. The airlines organisation of check in was shocking and non existent, lucky we arrived earlier than normal and just managed to check in before time....but then our flight was delayed for an hour and then a change of plane. Not a pleasant flight....

Have flown Air Asia many times and have always found them to be a terrific budget airline, always good on the ground and in the air. You get what you pay for.

As long as you go in understanding it's a budget airline, it's fine. You have to pay for everything (EVERYTHING!), so either factor that in before purchasing, or don't plan to use extras. We were comfortable during our flight and found the flight attendants to be friendly. We pre-ordered breakfast when we booked our flight. I got the fried rice,...

Not an enjoyable experience, we booked for three seats and cannot change the seat to sit together as we are required to pay extra to be allocated together. Therefore, we decided to sit separately however my seat was taken by different passenger whom demands to sit with her parents and the air crew did not do a thing. Hence, I...

my view is about this is,the airlines is not made for indians.no help-no support.they see indians as a low grade passengers or as they are serving for free. almost every piece of luggage is opened twice, weighed and personal use goods are thrown in dustbin. my same luggage that i took from INDIA was penaliised in returning.reason:more than size. could you...

Air Asia is promoted as an affordable way to travel but the poor service, uncomfortable seats and poor connections mean it is just not worth it. On a recent trip from Melb to colombo via KL ( 6 hour stopover) and back (with a 2 hour stopover in KL). I discovered that my food order had not been processed. It...

Check in was 2 hours due to queues. We are a family of 5 and were all seated apart and had to pay extra to sit together. Pay for blankets and air conditioning is set to high. Not a bad flight however and staff were friendly and accommodating. Good choice for family holidays but would not travel Air Asia if...
