My father, along with 20 other passengers, had a group ticket from Jeddah to Karachi on March 19, 2025, at 03:30 AM, but the flight was abruptly canceled. The airline provided hotel accommodation but kept rescheduling the flight multiple times—first to March 20 at 03:30 AM, then March 21 at 03:30 AM, and now to 07:40 PM.
To make matters worse:
There is no airline representative at the hotel to assist the stranded passengers.
No transport has been arranged to take them to the airport.
No clear updates are being provided about the flight status.
The helpline is completely unresponsive—no one is picking up calls.
This level of mismanagement and disregard for passengers is unacceptable. Sadly, this is not the first time we have faced such an issue. Last year, when traveling from Karachi to Jeddah, our flight was delayed by an entire day.
Serene Air needs to seriously improve its service, communication, and reliability. This has been one of the worst airline experiences we have encountered.
