Great airline, courteous, no fuss, polite, overall fantastic. We opted for the 3 seat option, best thing to do in my view. No in flight entertainment unless you pay for it. No big deal slept most of the way anyway, but it would've been nice it was there.

The flight to Yangon was 30 minutes late from Bangkok so a bad start. However, the actual flying experience was smooth. The return journey was perfection - we actually landed early with a soft landing for a small, light plane. The seats were comfortable with just enough leg room. The air hosts were very efficient and cheerful.

It is more comfortable than what I could expect. I feel friendly with all the 80% Chinese passengers. They are quite normal now. I mean they are not noisy like they used to be.I laugh to see a group of men, perhaps they are from country side. They are very excited . One man who sits near me,he can not wait...

It's a budget airline but their timing is prompt and no delay as compare to other budget airline is good. The online meal have to book in advance and the taste not bad quite good. It's worth of value if you book a least 2 months in advance.

I just can't understand how Air Asia has won 'the world’s best low-cost airline' award for 9 years in a row! The WORLDS! If this is what constitues as the best in the world, I would hate to fly with the others. Unfortanately for me, I fly often in Asia and unfortanately for me, Air Asia do have the cheapest...

Flew on an A330 in Premium Flex. Pre booked meal was excellent. Flight on time. Crew friendly and professional. Premium Flex gets you checked in quickly at Don Muang; the price of the upgrade is probably worth it just for this.

Flight was long. Service was horrible. They didn’t except credit card only foreign money. Toilets were filthy. Seats were filthy. Customer service at airport hopeless and so was the online and telephone service- got the run around with all of them. Food was horrible. Would never again fly air asia. Totally disappointed.

This is a great way to travel - inexpensive, no fuss air travel. You should be prepared to pay extra for checked luggage or if your hand luggage exceeds 7kg. You also have to pay extra for food and beverages and do not expect any alcohol on any of there flights as it is a Muslem airway.

The business class section of Air Asia X is certainly providing a welcome change to the extremely expensive cost of flying business class. While it might not be quite as up-to-date as other airlines in terms of the services offered, it isn't that dated, either. You get a flat bed seat, meaning it is not actually completely flat, but inclined...
