Everything about Air Asia is bad. Checking staff are rude, air cabin crew are rude and think they are better than everyone else, seating is extremely small, you have to pay for anything and everything. When you book online it usually gives you back an incorrect ticket which you then have to pay to change. Even booking at the counter...

The best service. Flight was on time. Staff were great right from the airport. The only thing flying at night, you need to have warm clothes otherwise you rent a blanket. You even buy water. Everything you buy. That's why the ticket is so cheap.

I have flown on Air Asia several times via KL to various destinations. My experience has been that they are generally on time on thereabouts. I generally add the check-in baggage option and strongly recommend the Quite Zone for long haul over night flights. My check-in experiences have been okay and the staff have generally been friendly and helpful. IMO,...

Took a while to check-in/drop bag even though online check in was done prior to departure date. The flight was once again delayed. It had been second occasion whereby the flight is delayed. The previous trip in Feb 18 the same thing happened and changed of departure gate. Wonder if Air Asia plane leaving Don Muang could be on time...

Everything was great and in time. Good service. We had to order our meals online. Not my preference because a take away from the airport would be fine as well. But the meal was good. There are snacks available for sale on plane. Seats spacious enough.

My wife and I used to always fly Air Asia from Gold Coast to KL several times a year but since the airline now only flies nighttime both to and from KL, we no longer fly with this airline.

Low cost but some improvement. They give you iPad loaded with new movies etc. Seats are lie flat not fully flat but good enough to sleep. Food options remain limited and KLIA2 is not great. I wanted to use business lounge on arrival. One person said I couldn't but when I went to lounge they let Medina to wait for...

When I booked my tickets through this Airline I booked seats in the emergency exit row; what I ended up getting was a middle row seat with absolutely no legroom and having to pay for an upgrade to business class so that I could have the legroom that I needed. The on-board service was of an exceptional standard the food...
